That night we checked out Luxor Temple (over 3,000 years young) at night! Was a really cool way to check out a temple:

There is a road leading to the temple, which is lined with Sphinx's (you can just make out Fiona, Teena and Mel here, 3 of the many cool chicks on our tour):

Then off to the market that night, setting ourselves up for some bartering with a shish session first:

Seriously made my head spin.  However, Remon our tour guide was an expert!
