OK, I actually put this in Dear Diary first, but I think it's so classic, it deserves its own page.

I've just had one of the more heated and amusing IM conversation with crazy. He's been wasting his money on buying more frivolous stuff, this time an Apple keyboard he ordered. Starts off like this:

you rate eBuyer? they've gone and f*cked up my wireless kb delivery... then they never contact you if there's an issue with your order (by any means) - and now they've deleted my order

and now there are 26 callers ahead of mine..

This goes on for a bit back and forwards, with me saying stuff like:

have you checked your junk email folder for an email from them telling you that you forgot to enter a delivery address or something?

can't go back - purged them all - but i do scan them etc

I get email telling me when they've dispatched items, with a tracking link in the email

i think i wound up the b*tch who was processing things and i bet she maliciously deleted it..

first it was out of stock for months - and then the issue around the payment - and then i have to check back to find it'd been completely removed..

OK. Fair enough. His contact details where all correct. I couldn't think of anything else he might've done wrong. I gave up and even started questioning my own use of eBuyer.com
