Hiring scooters for a day was a real highlight of the holiday:
The scooters allowed us to easily get up to Eze village and also up to Monaco palace and check out all the buildings up there:

The other big highlight of the holiday was seeing Bono and Edge, who sat down at a table next to us at Cap D' Ail!
Apparently Bono has a mansion not to far from Cap D' Ail (or so the waitress told us at dinner that night)

And so did I :-)
I went round to their table, sat down and had a yak to them. I said they were legends (sucking up of course) and that I went to the Sat night concert at Croke Park to see them. They said great, as it was the best night. I also told them about the video I made of the concert and they joked (*gulp*) about setting their lawyers onto me... Basically great guys who where really easy to talk to and enjoyed meeting their fans.
